The creators of Pentagonia have been trying to develop a software version of this international award winning Pentagonia board game for nearly as long as the board game has been on the market, in house and through joint ventures with third parties.
Unfortunately, their success has been rather limited to date, and they do not have a program that we would sell through this website. However, a few third party programmers have created several attractive Pentagonia computer programs that with some modifications and improvements, could be made available for sale - hopefully as soon as the spring of 2009.
What we do have for sale is a Pentagonia java program you can play on your home computer, and instructions for installing same to your computer and playing the game.
While the AI on this program isn't great - it is a java program after all - pre-teens, some teens, and perhaps even a few adults in your household will enjoy it if you install it on your home computer.
Like the Pentagonia board game, besides being fun to play, this java version of Pentagonia may also help to improve reasoning and pattern recognition skills.
